Jeff Banasz

Jeff Banasz joined CAC Agency in August of 2023 as an Executive Vice President and Philadelphia Office Leader for the Property & Casualty Practice. In this capacity, his primary responsibility is to craft insurance and risk management strategies tailored for large and sophisticated businesses.

Jeff specializes in project risk advisory, program design, and placements for large construction and manufacturing well as difficult property, public entity, real estate, and distribution.

With over seventeen years of experience in the Philadelphia market, Jeff has honed his ability to serve clients seeking advisors who seamlessly integrate into their in-house leadership teams. Before joining CAC Agency, he held the position of Senior Vice President at Marsh where he led service, marketing, and underwriting teams to devise innovative solutions for challenging risks. During his tenure, Jeff consistently enhanced profitability through effective sales strategies and meticulous business planning.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and served five years in the United States Marine Corps. He and his family have made their home in Moorestown, New Jersey. Jeff is married to Tara, and they are proud parents to three children: JT (17), Carter (15), and Brooke (11).
