She is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management, insurance, health promotion, and environmental policy.Prior to joining, Janice served as the Corporate Risk Manager at ML-Holdings, where she oversaw renewals, claims, and contractual reviews for the holding company and its operating entities. She was instrumental in implementing best practices for risk management and played a key role in launching a new LLC focused on renewables and wind turbine work. Prior to this, she worked as an Insurance and Claims Manager at Stratus Risk Associates, managing operations for large heavy civil construction clients and ensuring thorough claim settlements and legal reviews.Janice holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion and a minor in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She furthered her education with a master’s in environmental policy management, specializing in Environmental Health and Safety, from the University of Denver. Janice is certified in Construction Risk Insurance (CRIS), Direct Action Response Training (DART), Stop the Bleed, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM and NASM.
