Jamie Appling is a Senior Account Manager for the Property & Casualty Practice at CAC Agency. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Jamie excels in handling renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and audits while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. She holds multiple professional licenses, including Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Variable Life & Annuity Products, along with financial licenses such as Series 6 and Series 63. Jamie also earned the CISR designation in 2018, showcasing her expertise in insurance service.

She served as a Client Service Specialist at McGriff Insurance Services, Jamie is proficient in various industry software systems, including Sagitta, ImageRight, AMS 360, and EPIC. Her career spans roles such as Account Executive, Account Service Manager, and Exclusive Agent, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage client accounts, provide risk management solutions, and support policy administration.

Before transitioning to insurance, Jamie spent over two decades in education as an elementary school teacher and reading coach, leveraging her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from The University of Alabama.
