Holland Powell

With a wealth of experience in the field, Holland, as the Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at CAC Agency, has successfully implemented numerous benefit programs that meet his client’s strategic business goals and cater to their employees’ unique needs. Holland also works with the firm’s leadership to improve operations.

Before joining CAC Agency, Holland was the founder and President of Benefit Development Group. For over 25 years, he serviced clients nationally before merging with a large international brokerage firm for which he served as Area President.

Holland attended the University of Alabama and Harvard University. In addition to multiple state licensure, he also holds Series 6 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industrial Regulatory Authority.
