Hernus Pieters

Hernus is a Vice President, Account Executive for Financial Institutions within the Financial Lines Practice at CAC Specialty. Prior to joining CAC, Hernus was a Senior Executive Underwriter at AIG where he worked for 9 years in various Financial Lines departments. This experience included working as part of the Financial Institutions, Commercial Private-Non-Profit, and Cyber & Errors and Omissions insurance teams.

Hernus graduated from the University of Georgia with two bachelor’s degrees in finance and risk management & insurance. He was also a student athlete for 4 years as part of the men’s tennis team, winning 5 SEC Championships.
