Erin Lynch is Chief Executive Officer of CAC Group.

As CEO, Erin maintains a keen focus on operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and building an engaging culture where people are central to every aspect of the company’s operations, growth, and success. She challenges the status quo, understanding the impacts that industry, legal, societal, emerging risk, and insurance marketplace trends may have on an organization’s risk management strategy.

Most recently, Erin served as President of the CAC Specialty Natural Resources Division. She built a strong reputation in the Energy sector, known for her role as a strategic leader who goes well beyond transacting insurance to help manage the stewardship and strategic planning of global risk management programs for some of the largest independent power companies and utilities in the world.

Erin was named a Risk & Insurance Power Broker twice, a Woman to Watch by Business Insurance, and an Elite Woman by Insurance Business America.
