Emily Nagel

Emily Nagel serves as Vice President, Senior Director of Operations at CAC Group, where she leverages her background in leadership and operations to enhance the company’s overall operational capabilities.

Prior to joining CAC, Emily started her career at Brown & Brown Insurance Services where she specialized in surety operations and developed and led the firm’s national surety servicing and operations team. Her leadership there included directing the implementation of new software and technology solutions as well as collaborating across divisions to drive efficiencies within corporate and divisional procedures.

Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Colorado Mesa University and resides in Reno, Nevada.
