Drew Britt

Drew Britt is a Human Capital Risk Analyst for the Private Equity Practice at CAC Specialty.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Philosophy at Trinity College in Hartford, CT. His academic journey includes a diverse range of coursework, such as Urban Economics, Macroeconomics, Symbolic Logic, and Statistics, showcasing his analytical and interdisciplinary approach to learning.

Drew has demonstrated leadership and initiative through various professional experiences. As a Student Advancement Officer at Trinity College, he contributed to the team’s annual fundraising goal of $9 million by fostering relationships with alumni and encouraging future gifts. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his role as Co-Founder of Four Seasons Landscaping, where he managed over 100 properties weekly and led a team of ten employees, and Drew Britt Media, where he designs visual branding materials and captures professional photography for clients, including Trinity College athletic teams.

Andrew’s commitment to community service is exemplified by his work with Druffel Gardens, a non-profit community garden he co-founded in Cincinnati, OH, which annually donates over 500 flowers to sick children at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. He was also actively involved in Psi Upsilon Fraternity, serving as Vice President and Recruitment Chairman, where he leads financial planning and marketing efforts to support the fraternity’s mission and values.
