David McMahan

David is a Senior Vice President at CAC Specialty and is on the CAC management committee. As a senior member of the Financial Lines Practice, David focuses on management liability products, including Directors and Officers (D&O), Cyber, Professional, Employment, Fiduciary, Fidelity, and Kidnap, Ransom, and Extortion Liability. He has extensive experience with companies involved in IPOs, bankruptcies, and complex securities class action claims.

Prior to joining CAC, David was a Senior Vice President at McGriff, Seibels & Williams and was with Marsh, where he was a Senior Vice President and Senior Client Advisor focused on Fortune 1000 companies.

David was also with AIG as the Regional Underwriting Manager for the Southeast and Southwest Regions, managing the public company portfolio for AIG, which included oversight and management of the underwriting for D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and Cyber insurance.

David graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree in business administration and management, and he earned his Master of Business Administration in finance and risk management from the University of Georgia.
