Chasity Weaver

Chasity is a Senior Client Executive with CAC Agency in the Employee Benefits Practice. Her clients are in a variety of industries and are of various sizes. She works with them to provide consistent client service for Employee Benefit Needs including: researching and providing answers for client policy and coverage questions, resolving client, carrier and/or vendor related day-to-day service issues such as eligibility, billing and claim, assisting with client concerns pertaining to HCR, Compliance, Consumerism, Communications, and HR Consulting, and answering questions when possible and/or connecting clients with an appropriate subject matter expert as necessary.

Before joining, Chasity was a Senior Account Manager with LE Energy where she supervised other employees to ensure they executed their tasks correctly and responded to customer service issues.

Chasity has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Auburn University and has her Life and Health Insurance Producer license.
