Chad Kelsay

Chad Kelsay is a Senior Vice President at CAC. Since joining the firm in January 2026, he has brought over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Property and Casualty Risk Management industry, focusing on growing CAC’s business while delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of his clients.

Chad’s expertise spans middle-market commercial accounts to Fortune 500 companies across all lines of coverage. He is dedicated to connecting his clients with the best talent within CAC, both from an industry and product perspective, ensuring the delivery of leading solutions to address the complex risk challenges they face.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Carie, and their two sons, Tennyson and Jameson. He is an avid traveler and enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Chad is a graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he played football for the Huskers from 1995–1998, was part of two National Championship teams, and was drafted to the Pittsburgh Steelers following his college career.
