Cassandra Rudy is an Account Executive for Property & Casualty Practice at CAC Specialty. She has extensive experience in claims consulting and management, particularly in the realm of Workers’ Compensation.

Prior to joining, Cassandra served as a Senior Claims Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Agency. She was a pivotal local, regional, and national resource for claims programs since 2007. Her role involved managing claim programs, identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers and vendors. She was also responsible for training and supporting team members and managing client relationships.

With 24 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, Cassandra is committed to delivering exceptional service and creative solutions to meet the unique needs of her clients. She believes in building and maintaining strong relationships with her clients and their partners to achieve best in class outcomes. Her expertise lies in understanding her clients’ goals, building trust and always putting the client first.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Northwestern, St. Paul.
