Carl Swan

Carl Swan is an Executive Vice President of the Senior Living Practice at CAC Specialty. Carl spearheads the Senior Living Practice as he and his team navigates the industry’s growing litigious environment. Carl comes to CAC Specialty with deep experience and broad senior living industry involvement. He specializes in forward-thinking solutions for every type of senior living building, from independent and assisted living communities to skilled nursing centers and continuing care retirement communities.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Carl served as Senior Vice President for Alliance Insurance Group. He enjoys playing a role in their care as a risk management partner to many senior living operators across the country as they work toward achieving their mission of caring for their residents. Carl is a graduate of Northwest Christian University and a master’s graduate of Pacific University.
