Bruce has spent over 20 years in the legal field as a paralegal with extensive experience in labor and employment litigation and general litigation. His work included fact and legal research; data analysis; administration of large document management systems; and client consultation. At CAC Specialty, Bruce focuses on transactional liability, particularly representations & warranties and contingent risk.Immediately prior to joining CAC Specialty, Bruce was a paralegal with Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During his time there, he assisted attorneys in a variety of categories of litigation including complex litigation, employment law, personal injury, and contracts. He achieved positive results through document review, analysis, and creative fact-finding methods.Bruce received his bachelor’s in mathematics from Georgia State University after attending Georgia Tech as a President’s Scholar. When he isnât working, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their multitudes of dogs.
