Brian is a Senior Human Resources Consultant and the Public Administration Practice Group Leader. His primary focus is on business development and human resources consultation with public administration groups. His specialties lie in providing additional HR services, such as developing personnel policies, writing job descriptions, interpreting federal HR regulations, and presenting on-site or online trainings for our clients’ employees.
Before joining CAC Agency, Brian served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the City of Tuscaloosa (Alabama), a 1400-employee municipal government. He is also an Associate Trainer for Strata Leadership and an instructor for Auburn University’s Government & Economic Development Institute.
Brian has a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, both from the University of Alabama. He also holds numerous designations including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and International Public Management Association Senior Certified Professional (IPMA-SCP). A veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, Brian served as a Captain in the Navy Reserve for over 30 years as a logistics officer.
