Brandi Poole

Brandi Poole is a Senior Account Manager for Property & Casualty at CAC Agency. With a robust career spanning over a decade, Brandi has honed her expertise in property and casualty commercial insurance, managing renewal submissions, processing endorsements, and provid-ing exceptional client service.

Prior to joining, Brandi served as an Assistant Account Manager at Lock-ton Companies. Her previous roles at McGriff Insurance Services, Inc. and TMX Finance equipped her with comprehensive skills in account management, client documentation, and recruitment.

Brandi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Southern University. She also holds an Alabama Property and Casualty Insurance Producer’s License and is actively pursuing her Certi-fied Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation. She also holds a Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR) designation.
