Brady Bolander

Brady Bolander is an Account Manager within the Real Estate practice at CAC Group.

Prior to joining CAC, he served as the risk manager for a national self-storage operator, where he managed insurance programs across a portfolio of assets and new development projects. He was responsible for managing the company’s policy placement, claims administration, and loss control.

His background on the client side allows him to approach brokerage work with a strong understanding of how insurance decisions impact the broader business – he knows the questions clients are asking internally, the budget pressures they face, and what keeps them up at night when it comes to risk. His approach focuses on understanding each client’s specific goals and building partnerships that align with their business strategy.

Outside of work, Brady resides in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling, with a long-term goal of visiting all 7 continents.
