Bo Hartsfield

Bo Hartsfield joined CAC Agency in August 2005 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. Bo quickly recognized a need to help employers balance the need of offering rich Benefit programs while avoiding profit margin erosion due to the rising cost of healthcare. He has delivered proven results and has assisted many groups achieve “flat trend” on their health insurance plans. He has worked with employers across the United States and earned a reputation as a top Employee Benefit Consultant in the country. Bo also participates on numerous insurance carrier and vendor “Advisory Boards” to provide feedback and advice to assist our carrier partners in remaining competitive and providing true value to our clients.

Bo was tapped as CAC Agency’s Employee Benefit Practice Leader in May 2013, and the Benefits practice has reached new heights under his leadership. Bo leads the Agency sales team and serves on the Executive Committee.

Bo attended the University of Mississippi on a full athletic scholarship. He graduated Cum Laude as a multi-year member of the Dean’s list and a three-year letterman on the Football team. He resides in Birmingham, AL with his wife and three children where enjoys outdoor sports, golf, and has served as the Jr. Warden at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church and numerous other charitable and philanthropic endeavors.
