Benetta Lemley

Benetta Lemley is a Stop Loss Analyst for the Employee Benefits Practice at CAC Agency.

Previously, Benetta worked as several roles, most recently as an Associate Director for Willis Towers Watson where she led the Southeast Analytics pillar in developing reporting packages for reviewing population health trends, identifying cost and utilization drivers, and providing historical key performance metrics and benchmarks. Before that, she worked as a Marketing Analytics Coordinator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama. In this capacity, she validated test databases and system designs to ensure that all functionality, objectives, and requirements were met while maintaining data integrity. She also evaluated third-party web-based data tools and provided training and technical support to associates, customers, and consultants.

Benetta earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Montevallo. She has a passion for serving her community and is the treasurer of McMullen Coves Gives and the co-chair of McMullen Cove Cares.
