Ben Phelps

Ben Phelps is a Business Development Analyst at CAC Specialty. He is a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong background in account management and sales development.

Prior to joining, he served as an Account Manager at Expedia Group, where he successfully established and maintained strategic relationships with hotel partners, driving significant revenue growth through effective management and strategic insight. His expertise in market analysis and competitive research has enabled him to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Prior to his role at Expedia Group, Ben worked as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Firstup, where he excelled in expanding the prospect list and generating new leads through targeted campaigns and strategic outreach. His consultative approach and ability to tailor solutions to clients’ needs fostered long-term partnerships and potential revenue growth.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. Outside of his professional life, Ben is passionate about fly fishing, hiking, Minnesota Sports, skiing, and golf. He has also volunteered with Hammer Residence and Special Olympics, demonstrating his commitment to community service and mentorship.
