Bambi joined CAC Agency in August of 2020 as a Client Executive. She works with several different market segments and her experience includes eligibility, audits, EDI file set up and maintenance, Benefit Admin Systems, claims resolution and day-to-day customer service.
Prior to joining, she spent eleven years with a different brokerage firm in account management and benefit analysis roles and eight years with BCBS of Texas as a small group representative and team lead.
