Austin Polson

Austin Polson is a Stop Loss Analyst for the Employee Benefits Practice at CAC Agency. He has a proven track record of developing strategic relationships, managing complex projects, and delivering exceptional results in both nonprofit and corporate environments.

Austin began his career in fundraising and development, advancing from Publix Charities Liaison to Director of Development at River Region United Way. In this role, he successfully led donor relations efforts, secured major gifts, and managed impactful fundraising campaigns. Transitioning into the health insurance industry, Austin honed his expertise in medical stop-loss insurance, collaborating with carriers to deliver tailored solutions for level-funded clients. As a Medical Stop Loss Specialist at Trinity Marketing Services, he helped clients mitigate financial risks associated with high-cost medical and pharmacy claims.

Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Global Business Management from Troy University. His community involvement includes active membership in the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals and serving as a Community Advisory Council Member for East Alabama Health.
