Austin Gifford

Austin Gifford is an Account Administrator for the Financial Lines Practice at CAC Specialty. He possesses a strong skill set in problem-solving, data analysis, organization, interpersonal communication, and proficiency in CSR24 and EPIC data platforms.

Austin’s work experience includes his role as a Certificate Technician, where he collaborated with colleagues to streamline certificate issuing processes and maintains high-quality standards. He has also worked as a Cross Trainer at Shake Shack, and as an Assistant Manager at Zaxby’s, where he demonstrated effective leadership and operational efficiency.

In addition to his professional experience, Austin has actively volunteered with Parkway Volunteers in Boone, North Carolina, organizing events to maintain parkway trails and campsites. He holds several certifications, including Serve Safe Certification for food handling and management, and Inbound Marketing Certification.

Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Risk Management and Insurance from Appalachian State University Austin. He is a member of the Student Yosef Club and Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity, where he served as Service Chairman and Philanthropy Chairman, planning and organizing service and fundraising events. His efforts in philanthropy raised $6,500 in one semester for the Hospitality House of Boone, and he was awarded the Blue Ridge Parkway Service Award for his volunteer contributions.
