Ashley Nelson

Ashley Nelson is a Vice President for the Healthcare Practice at CAC Specialty. Her background brings specialization in Senior Living and other pillars of the Healthcare industry such as Behavioral Health, Physician Groups, Medical Transport and regional Hospitals.

Prior to joining CAC, Ashley spent the majority of her career in Healthcare finance. Working for both traditional banking and non-bank lending firms, her experience involved driving new loan transaction growth by providing complex capital solutions for diverse Healthcare operators and service providers. Ashley enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues to develop new client relationships and provide strategic solutions for their businesses.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration focused on Finance and Economics from Eastern Washington University. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Ashley resides in Seattle and enjoys spending time on the water, traveling and reading a good mystery novel.
