Ann Blair Gribbin joined CAC Agency in July of 2008 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. She works with CFO’s and Human Resource Professionals to develop long-term strategic goals for their Health and Welfare programs. She is responsible for reassessing and modifying client risk management programs for process improvement and program development to meet a client’s shift in needs and ultimately create a sustainable benefits package.

Prior to joining, she spent four years in the voluntary benefits division at MetLife, working with brokers to create rich ancillary benefit packages. She is also involved with the Ballet Guild of Birmingham, Alabama Symphony Orchestra’s Symphony 30, and the Birmingham Zoo Gala Committee.

Ann Blair has received her Series 6 and 63 Certified Disability Specialist designations and is a graduate from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Management.
