Andrew J. De Haan joined CAC in January 2026 as a Complex Casualty Risk Analyst within the National Accounts Group. He brings a proven record in risk management, operational planning, and team leadership.

Previously, Andrew served as an operational supervisor for Expeditors International, a Fortune 500 freight-forwarder, where he became a force multiplier supporting domestic freight transportation and logistical security strategy. He cultivated a high-performing team of agents consistently recognized for their exceptional output.

Andrew is a decorated former Marine Corps officer who served over 10 years on active duty, with operational experience spanning multiple continents and theaters of operation. His background in special and covert operations with high-level strategic planning provides a unique foundation for his approach to complex risk analysis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Schreiner University and a combined certificate in Psychological and Unconventional Operations from the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School.
