Account Executive, Employee Benefits

With more than ten years in the Employee Benefits space, Amy joined CAC Agency in June 2023. Amy is experienced with managing both fully insured and complex self-insured benefit plans, having partnered with clients that utilized as many as five separate medical vendors and multiple ancillary vendors.

She began her career working for an organization that coordinated vendor communications for large trade shows across the nation. Later changing to the insurance industry, she focused on employee open enrollment education and voluntary benefits. After moving to the broker side, Amy spent many years at Willis Towers Watson, Lockton, and Marsh McLennan Agency working with both small and mid-market clients, ranging in size from 100 to 20,000 employees. She enjoys building relationships and collaborating to learn the specific needs of clients to find the best strategic solutions to fit their employee benefit needs while mitigating costs.

She was educated at Snead State Junior College and the University of Alabama where she studied history.
