Allison joins as an Employee Benefits Compliance Consultant. She is a dedicated and energetic leader with experience in both legal and employee benefit environments. Prior to joining, Allison worked at Willis Towers Watson Southeast, Inc., as a Senior Associate, delivering client-specific support and solutions spanning numerous subject matter and compliance areas.

Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson Southeast, Inc., Allison practiced law in Mobile, Alabama, with The Gardner Firm, P.C. Her practice was in traditional labor law, representing both employers and employees, with a focus on regulatory compliance for ERISA plans and extensive work in the area of Alabama public education law. In 2011, Allison joined her father in the family business, Gulf States Consultants and Administrators, serving as plan manager and compliance officer on various types of employee benefit plans, including Taft- Hartley health and pension plans, ERISA plans, and non-federal governmental plans. Allison’s time with Gulf State Consultants provided experience working closely with Human Resources, plan participants, and decision makers.

Allison attended Spring Hill College, graduating cum laude, in 1999. She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Alabama School of Law and was admitted to practice in Alabama in 2004.

Allison serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Franklin Primary Health Center, Inc., a non-profit, federally qualified health center that provides quality health care in underserved communities throughout Alabama.
