Josie Lehner is an Account Coordinator for CAC Specialty’s Senior Living Practice. She has a strong background in project management, advanced Excel, statistical coding, and event planning.
Prior to joining CAC, Josie was an Education Specialist at Atlanta Habitat for Humanity where she developed and managed educational programs for homebuyers, oversees a substantial budget, and coordinates key events.
Josie was recognized with the University of Oregon’s APEX Scholarship and was a member of the Robert D. Clark Honors College. Her previous experience includes roles as a Marketing Outreach Associate at Greystar and an Admissions and Medical Records Assistant at Windsor Terrace.
With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, Josie is passionate about data analytics and personal finance.
