Felice Egidio

Felice Egidio is a Senior Vice President in the Business Development practice for CAC Specialty, where he specializes in Private Equity, M&A, and Financial Institutions. With over 15 in Private Markets, he brings extensive experience in strategy and corporate growth to drive expansion within the Private Equity sector.

Prior to joining CAC, Felice was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company. In this role, he led strategic initiatives for the firm’s PE commercial data practice, with a focus on new business and corporate development. He also sourced new client engagements for Bain’s Private Equity consulting practice.

Felice began his career at Preqin as the Head of West Coast operations before joining Nasdaq Private Fund Solutions to lead North American sales efforts for the Private Markets team.

A native New Yorker, Felice resides on Long Island’s North Shore with his wife & daughter.
