Michelle Bowling-Tice joined CAC Agency in February of 2024 as a Client Executive for the Benefits practice group.
Previously, Michelle was a Managing Associate for The Guardian and spent two years with Coastal HR, Inc. She holds a Life and Health License in 24 states and serves as the Board Secretary for Fostering Together Gulf Coast, Board Member for Do Some Good Mobile, Board Member for Reney’s Honey Butter, Butter Babes. She has won several awards including Agent of the Year for 2021 and 2022, New Agent of the Year 2021, Client Builder 2021, 2022, and 2023, and Butter Babe of the Year 2023.
Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business from Auburn University. She and her husband have eight children, two of whom are adopted, one is a foster, and they are currently in the process of adopting an 18-year-old from foster care.
