Michelle Lam

Michelle is a Managing Director in the Structured Solutions Group. She is an investment banking professional with over 10 years’ experience and has specialized expertise in the insurance and financial institutions industries, especially with respect to structured transactions.

During her career, Michelle has worked with many of the world’s largest multinational financial services companies, including American International Group, ING Group, Prudential Financial, and Dai-ichi Life, in executing numerous public and private capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory transactions, and structured solutions on a global basis.

Before joining CAC, Michelle was an Executive Director in the Global Financial Institutions Group of Nomura Securities. She began her investment banking career at Sandler O’Neill + Partners.

Michelle is active in many philanthropic endeavors. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, magna cum laude, from New York University.
