Chelley Schaper

Chelley is an Executive Vice President and Leader of Nations Accounts for the Property & Casualty Practice at CAC Specialty. She works to understand each clients’ real estate business and then leverages the abundant resources and teams within CAC to deliver the best and most unique product their needs.

Prior to joining CAC Specialty, Chelley was the Founder and CEO of a technology startup deploying resources to build a client focused mobile app.

Chelley was a Senior Vice President at Lockton Companies, specializing in complex property and casualty and real estate. She held various positions including managing the National Accounts group for many years and oversight of 15 different teams handling complex risk accounts.

Chelley graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts, Risk Management, and Insurance.
