Carol Evans

Carol is a Senior Account Manager in Personal Lines at CAC Agency and has been with them for more than 30 years. For decades, she has had the privilege to work with many of the same clients and now enjoys working with the second generation of their families.

She assists with day-to-day operations of the account management including processing policies, change requests, auto ID cards, audits and cancellations, and working with carriers and underwriters. She partners with the team and account risk consultant to assist with marketing new lines of coverage and process account renewals. She also analyzes contractual insurance requirements to ensure they meet clients’ needs.

Before joining, Carol worked with Chubb Insurance in their Commercial Marine Insurance division.

Carol has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Montevallo and has received the designation of Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). For seven years, she served as a guest lecturer on senior level risk management at Samford University.
