Andrea Ash

Andrea joined CAC Specialty in 2021 and serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Operations for the Natural Resources Practice, supporting the operational and strategic goals as a member of the leadership team. A licensed property and casualty broker, Andrea previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Global Energy Practice at Beecher Carlson. Prior to that, Andrea spent nearly a decade working in business development and administration for a multistate healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest.

Andrea graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and earned the Business Foundations Certificate from the School of Business at The University of Texas. Andrea is an active volunteer in her community, serving in a leadership position on the board of directors for an Oregon-based non-profit organization that provides parenting education and support to families with young children.
