Steve Goodman

Steve is a Senior Vice President and Property Risk Control Engineer at CAC Specialty. With his experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Steve is a great asset to his team.

Prior to joining CAC, Steve was a Managing Consultant at Global Risk Consultants (GRC) in Denver, Colorado, where he was responsible for sales and account management for Western USA and Canadian accounts. He worked on account retention and growth, while securing new clients. Steve also oversaw the delivery of risk control services, RFP responses, negotiations and more.

Prior to joining GRC, Steve worked for Paragon Risk Engineering based in Southeast Asia. Steve helped grow sales in the region while consulting with clients on a global basis with a heavy emphasis in the pharmaceutical industry.

Prior to joining GRC, Steve managed the US Property Risk Control Team for a large international insurance broker and led the property risk control activities for their M&A Group.

Steve began his career working for Industrial Risk Insurers (IRI) in Boston, Philadelphia, Hartford and New York. Steve held various positions including field engineer, supervisor and account manager.

Steve graduated from Pennsylvania State University with his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. His career includes consulting, sales, account management and team management activities. Steve has traveled to 50 states and 70 countries and worked for 1 year in Southeast Asia.
