Seth Kirby

Seth Kirby serves as General Counsel for CAC Group, leading its legal and compliance teams. Seth joined CAC Group after 20 years in private law practice specializing in insurance coverage litigation. Armed with two decades of experience providing analysis, counseling, and representation to insurance carriers regarding complex coverage issues, Seth provides internal legal advice concerning insurance regulation and compliance, employment issues and risk management. In addition, Seth frequently assists CAC Group clients in ensuring that they receive the maximum value of their coverage in times of need and participates in our efforts to identify and appropriately transfer risk.

Prior to joining, Seth was a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary LLP in Atlanta, Georgia where he worked in the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Professional Liability Practice Groups.
