Cory French joined CAC Group in September of 2017 as an HR Assistant and soon worked her way up to HR Manager. She oversees the company’s internal human resource processes, spearheading areas such as performance management, new employee onboarding, benefits administration, company policy, and general HR operations. Cory has managed the new hire onboarding process for over 500 CAC Group Employees, helping CAC Group to grow our overall employee headcount from 130 to 550+ associates. Cory participates in several company-wide initiatives including our Women’s Development Group, Mentorship Program, Summer Internship Committee, and our Benefit Committee.

Cory started her career in Hospitality Management, before moving into HR in 2016. Cory holds her SHRM-CP certification, further solidifying her professional expertise. She is a graduate of The University of Alabama where she earned a degree in Human Environmental Sciences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
