Leslie Carlisle

Leslie Carlisle joined CAC Agency October 2023 as the Benefits and Leave Specialist for Human Resources. Her professional background includes a wealth of experience in compliance and a strong track record in delivering excellent customer service.

Before joining, Leslie served as the Assistant Director of Total Rewards at Samford University. In that capacity, she was entrusted with the management of employee insurance, pension and savings plans, collaborating with insurance brokers and plan carriers. Her responsibilities also extended to the careful analysis of compensation packages.

Leslie earned her Master of Science in Educational Leadership with a concentration in policy and organizational development from Samford University. Furthermore, she is a certified SHRM-CP professional.
