Grant is a Senior Vice President at CAC Specialty. He has spent his career both as an attorney and as an insurance broker crafting risk management solution to business issues. Specializing in environmental and transactional risks, he works with private equity firms, real estate developers, lenders, consultants, manufacturing companies, and municipalities to mitigate and transfer their liabilities, often in the context of equity, asset, and real estate transactions.
Before joining CAC, Grant was a broker at Marsh JLT Specialty. Prior to that, he practiced law at Greenberg Traurig LLP and Drinker Biddle LLP (now Faegre Drinker), where he represented many of the same clients he works with today. These experiences give him a unique perspective on how to tailor insurance coverage to match our clients’ transactional and operational exposures.
Grant holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
