Ashely Deal

Ashely Deal is the Senior Vice President, CAC Specialty Marketing Leader. With 15 years of experience, Ashely is a leader of complex marketing initiatives and strategic planning.

Before joining CAC, Ashely held the position of Vice President of P&C Marketing at NFP. During her time there, she successfully created and executed marketing strategies that led to business growth and the achievement of organizational objectives. Alongside her leadership role, she also provided mentorship to a high-performing marketing team, creating a collaborative work environment and offering guidance and support. Previously, Ashely served as VP of Marketing at JLT, where her responsibilities included managing communications and media relations as well as implementing day-to-day sales and marketing strategies.

In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Ashely received recognition as a Top 10 Marketer by OnCon Icon Awards.
