Phil Lukefahr

Phil Lukefahr is a Senior Vice President for CAC Specialty within the Natural Resources Practice. He has a broad range of responsibilities including securing new clientele while servicing existing customer relationships. Phil’s expertise includes the E&P, Midstream, and Pipeline Contractors sectors.

Prior to joining, Phil co-founded the Houston Energy Practice for EnRisk Services, Inc. which was purchased by Alliant in 2013. Following the acquisition Phil worked as Senior Vice President and E&P Sales Leader at Aon for their energy division in Houston. Phil began his career as a tax consultant for KPMG working for major oil & gas companies internationally.

Phil is a graduate of Texas A&M from the Mays School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
