Vanessa Lolli

Vanessa is a Senior Human Resources Consultant with CAC Group. She partners with clients to provide strategic customized Human Resources solutions based on clients’ unique needs. Vanessa’s experience includes managing complex employee relations situations, employment law compliance, federal and state-mandated leave management, compensation benchmarking, talent management, and leadership and employee training. Throughout her career, Vanessa has worked with employers across industries and throughout the U.S. to help them manage and elevate their human resources programs and initiatives.

Prior to joining, Vanessa was part of the HR Business Partner team for M&A transactions at Hanover Insurance Group where she led organizational design projects, managed reductions in force, and conducted in-depth compensation analysis within their human resources department.

Vanessa has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross and has earned the designations of Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is also a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management.
