Tracy Bagley

Tracy is the Director of Claims Advocacy, Workers’ Compensation for CAC Agency. In her role, she manages the third-party administrator (TPA) for our wholly owned subsidiary, Hill Administration. She is also responsible for the management and oversight of the claims advocacy team, including all claims that handles. She is particularly involved in the coordination and resolution of difficult claims.

Prior to joining, Tracy worked in multiple insurance positions: she was a claims assistant at Risk Management Services; an underwriter at Hill Richards & Company; and eventually became president, owner, and CEO of Hill Insurance Services, Inc.

Tracy is a certified licensed adjuster for Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas. She is also a member of
the Alabama Workers’ Compensation Organization and Alabama Self-Insurers Association.
