Danielle Helms

Danielle Helms joined CAC Agency in August 2019 as a Claims Advocate specializing in Commercial Automobile Claims. Since has recently taken on the role of assisting with Management Liability claims.

Prior to joining, she worked for Alfa Insurance for eight years. She started as a producer (personal lines agent) and then moved into the Claims Adjuster role. Prior to her time at Alfa, she worked for an independent agency in Oxford, Alabama. Her role was the Commercial Lines Manager where she marketed large commercial accounts at renewal.

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three grown children and two grandbabies. Her idea of a personal spent day is on the lake with her girlfriends.
