Brooke Callen

Brooke Callen is a Claims Adjuster for Workers’ Compensation at CAC Agency. She possesses a strong aptitude for problem-solving and seeks innovative methods to accomplish tasks.

Prior to joining, Brooke was a Claims Adjuster for SteadPoint Insurance Group. She managed the entire process of workers’ compensation claims. She conducted an analysis of claims and organized various forms, medical payouts, and benefits.

Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree in production and operations from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Additionally, she holds a property and casualty license in Alabama.

In her free time, she is a passionate traveler and experiencer of new places and loves to spend time with friends and family.
