Ammie Brooks

Ammie joined CAC Agency in December of 2022 as a Vice President, Head of Casualty Claims where she works with her team of seasoned Claims Advocates to develop successful outcomes for clients under the casualty lines of General Liability, Auto and Professional programs. She also works closely with CAC Agency and Specialty account teams building relationships that will better the outcome for clients and teammates combined.

Prior to joining, Ammie began as a Claim Account Manager for McGriff in 2011. Throughout the years, she became the Captive and Healthcare Claim Practice Leader/AVP then the Vice President, Claim Manager. Not only has Ammie managed high-profile clients, but she also provided management of claims in relation to Errors & Omissions, Workers’ Compensation, and Liability. Prior to McGriff, Ammie served in various Risk Management roles at HealthSouth and Surgical Care Affiliates.

Ammie received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness from Jacksonville State University, and she is a Certified Professional in HealthCare Risk Management.
