Steve Kuuskvere

Steve is a Senior Vice President at CAC Specialty. Steve maintains a hyper-focused customer orientation that complements his thirty-two years of insurance and risk consulting experience. He has diverse experience designing programs across multiple lines of coverage, including Directors & Officers and related Financial Lines, Transactional Risk, Property & Casualty, and Benefits.

Before joining CAC, Steve held executive management positions with The Navigators Group, Inc., a leading commercial multiline insurer in the New York Metro area. Since 2001, Steve has served in numerous management roles and grew the practice into a top ten financial lines underwriting company. Steve served as Division President at Navigators from 2012 to 2018 and was responsible for critical strategy creation and execution, budgeting, and financial statement supervision, underwriting strategy, claims settlement, actuarial analysis, and human capital management.

Prior to Navigators, Steve served as an Assistant Vice President for Axcelera Specialty Risk from 2000 to 2001 and as Assistance Vice President for CNA Pro from 1992 to 2000.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
