Charles was born and raised in Palm Beach, FL, and received his degree in finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. After graduation, he moved to New York City where he worked at Lehman Brothers and eventually found himself exposed to the insurance world through his now-wife who worked at Axis Capital. He started his insurance career as a Producer at Aon and then Marsh in Miami.

Charles has been married to his wife, Lexi, for 8 years and has two children Alexander (6) and Eliza (4). In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, taking his family to the ocean and cooking for friends and family.
