Samantha Reid

Sam joined CAC Agency in November of 2023 as the Vice President of Population Health Management, consulting with our esteemed clients on health and well-being strategy. She is our subject matter expert who provides our clients with research, best practices and trends, vendor procurement, strategic planning, and overall support. Sam is an extension of your trusted CAC Agency team and is available to you throughout our partnership.

Sam has extensive experience across the health and well-being industry including serving as the Southeast Health Management Consultant for Willis Towers Watson and the Director of Well-Being Experience and Innovation at WellRight. She is well-versed in building comprehensive health management programs for employers, collecting data and cross-collaborating to drive intentional decision-making, conducting research to stay current on trends and best practice, and cultivating meaningful relationships with partners and clients.

Sam earned her bachelor’s in health and exercise science from Furman University and Master of Applied Science in Population Health Management from Johns Hopkins’ Bloomberg School of Public Health where she still serves as a Teaching Assistant. She lives in Taylors, SC with her husband Justin and two fur-children, Tiger and Hooper. In her spare time, Sam enjoys reading, live music and comedy, painting, playing golf, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
